My Wellness Journey
I am starting small as I am starting again.
1. Walk every day for 15 minutes.
2. Drink more water.
3. Eat a good breakfast at home before I got to work.
4. Sit and enjoy my breakfast.
5. Check in with my accountability partner each evening.
